The Warning Confirmation Rule is designed to alert a user when certain specified criteria have not been met prior to certification. This notification serves as a helpful prompt to ensure that users are aware of potential issues or discrepancies that might affect the workflow's integrity or outcomes. However, despite these warnings, users can still proceed to complete the workflow, which maintains flexibility in the process.

This feature is particularly useful in environments where meeting certain criteria is important but not absolutely critical for workflow completion. It allows users to make informed decisions while giving them the option to continue even if all conditions are not satisfied. This balance of being informed without being halted in their progress is key to facilitating efficient workflow management.

In contrast, other options may reflect features that either do not specifically serve the notification purpose before certification or impose restrictions that could prevent users from completing the workflow.
